1. Does the price of the flooring include labor?
No. We price labor based upon the difficulty and time it takes per job. With each house and preference being different, it makes it difficult to set a flat rate.
2. Do you include the price of padding with the price of the carpet?
No. We separate and individualize each item so that you are able to get the best price and the best end result possible. This also ensures you have no hidden fees!!
3. Do you charge for estimates?
As long as it's within a 25 mile radius, it's free! However, if it's beyond that radius, the charge will be credited to your overall balance when the job is finished.
4. How do you schedule an estimate?
Simply stop by or give us a call. We will work with your calendar as well as ours to get to your home as soon as possible. Easy as that!
5. Do you refinish hardwood?
Yes! We would be more than happy to help you with refinishing your floors.
6. Do you sell unfinished hardwood?
Yes! We absolutely do!
7. Are any of your items in stock?
We do stock very select items, but the majority of our items are special ordered. With our new warehouse, however, the goal is to have more in stock items.
8. How long will it take to get my project finished?
Depending on product availability as well as installer availability, our goal is to get your project done within 2-4 weeks. If it will take longer, we will do our best to communicate that upfront.
9. How do you handle payments?
Materials are always upfront, and labor is always due upon completion of work. We accept cash, checks, debit, and credit*. (*We do not accept debit or credit over the phone.) We can send invoices over Clover.
10. Do you accept Amex?
No, unfortunately, our system is not set up for it.
